well hello friends, i know it has been what seems like ages and yet a few minutes since last i posted
now i am done with my junior year...hallelujah!! :D
i am living in Mishawaka this summer, in a house just off campus (yeah for actually being able to watch rater r movies with a boy in my room with the door closed and the lights off....yeah right like i actualy would do that, but it's nice to know that i have the freedom to do so if i ever did wish.
well i just got done house/dog sitting for a professor who is a good friend of mine while she was on her honeymoon. i had a great time doing it, a little lonely at times because it was just the dog and i. but blair was great company! i already miss her :( oh well my prof told me to keep the key that i have to her house so that i can come and pick up blair whenver i want to go on one of our long meandering walks. this past week our adventures took us over to east race where we walked for like three hours and she hated looking at the river...it was cute and today our adventures took us over to notre dame! and we wandered around there for a while, where blair was very possesive of me, she wouldn't let anyone come within like a foot of me...it was really sweet, except for when this cute boy tried to pet her and talk to me and she didn't really go for that all to well...she growled at him and scared him away, i was sad :( but that it's all good i had a peaceful afternoon with just blair and i.
now i am back at the oakhouse with the ladies and believe it or not i am completely bored out of my mind, i mean i have plenty of things i should be doing, like reading for my independent study or researching for the paper for the same class or reading for my fieldwork class, or reasearching grad schools or cleaning and doing laundry and all that jazz....but ya' know what it is a fabulous saturday evening and it is a cool 75 degrees outside so i want to go do something. especially because i have been alone all week with the puppy, with very little human interaction...wish i had my roommates from this school year here to play cards with and hang out...but it's okay i might just go chill over at sufficient or head to barnes and noble...ooohhh i could head up to bellavita and see if Jeremy is working....okay now i am just thinking out load? i mean online...i dunno it's been an odd day!! :D
so as you can see i am doing well...getting invovled at the church i have been attending since Christmas, getting to know the people in the college group and loving it and working in the nursery with the babies and loving that too! :D
well i think that is it for now friends, i think i'm gonna head up to bellavida and do some reading and see if i run into anyone fun to hang out with this evening....
